01 / Understand
Your workflow, mapped.
A map of the steps, handovers and bottlenecks in the agreed workflow. We review task volumes, time spent, rework, tools and relevant software costs to establish a baseline.
The AI Opportunity Audit
A focused review of one workflow, its tools and its costs.
See where AI or automation could help, what it would take to implement, and whether the benefit justifies the spend.
We follow real work through your business, from the first request to the finished result. The audit turns that evidence into a practical next step.
01 / Understand
A map of the steps, handovers and bottlenecks in the agreed workflow. We review task volumes, time spent, rework, tools and relevant software costs to establish a baseline.
02 / Evaluate
A shortlist scored by likely benefit, implementation effort, data readiness and risk. We identify unnecessary subscriptions, simple process fixes and where AI is unlikely to justify its cost.
03 / Decide
A written recommendation with estimated time savings, potential cash savings, indicative build and running costs, and a pilot plan with success measures. You keep the report and get a walkthrough of the findings.
Estimates include assumptions and information gaps. Time freed up is capacity, not automatically cash saved. Implementation, human review and ongoing costs are part of the assessment.
A focused starting point
It is an operational review of a business workflow to identify where AI, automation or a simpler process could reduce costs or save time. It produces a process map, ranked opportunities and a costed next step. This is an opportunity assessment, not a certification or regulatory compliance audit.
One agreed workflow and the tools, handovers and people involved in it. We review the current process, relevant software spending, potential improvements, indicative costs and risks. You receive a written report and a walkthrough. If you need several teams or workflows assessed, we scope that separately.
We agree a fixed fee, deliverables and delivery date before starting. The quote reflects workflow complexity, systems involved and access to the people and evidence needed. Software purchases, implementation and ongoing support are not included in the audit fee.
Yes. The recommended next step includes indicative implementation and running costs, with assumptions made clear. If you want us to build it, we confirm a separate fixed-price scope before implementation. An estimate in an audit is not a commitment to spend.
Not automatically. Time saved creates capacity. It becomes a cash saving only where actual spending falls, such as paid overtime, contractor costs or an avoidable subscription. We show these separately and account for setup, human review and ongoing costs.
We say so. The recommendation may be to remove a process step, connect existing tools, cancel an unused subscription or make no change. A useful audit helps you avoid an unnecessary build as well as identify a worthwhile one.
Yes. We can scope a separate implementation project to deliver a focused pilot, test it against agreed measures and train your team. Documentation and a handover are included in the project scope. Monthly monitoring and improvement support can be agreed separately. You can also take the audit to another provider.
Tell us which task repeats, which tools it touches and what it costs your team. We’ll define the review around that problem.
