What we collect
We collect your name, email address, chosen service and the message you submit. You may also provide a company name and website. The form records the page the enquiry came from, an enquiry reference and technical anti-spam verification data.
How we use it
We use this information to understand your enquiry, contact you about it, prevent spam and keep a record of our correspondence. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where it is handled
Website enquiry records are stored in a Cloudflare database located in the European Union. Cloudflare sends a notification to our Google-hosted email inbox when a new enquiry arrives. These providers process information on our behalf to operate the enquiry service.
Sensitive information
Please do not include confidential client, patient, case or other sensitive personal information in the enquiry form. We can agree an appropriate way to discuss sensitive work after initial contact.
Your choices
You can ask about the information we hold about your enquiry, correct it or request its deletion by emailing steven@turingandco.com. Some information may need to be retained where required to handle an ongoing matter or meet legal obligations.
